Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1rokok ("Platform", "we"). This document governs all aspects of use of the website, services, games and promotions provided by 1rokok.

Continued use of this platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of those amendments. You are responsible for reviewing this page from time to time to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

1rokok operates under international licensing. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the local laws and regulations applicable to you.

User Eligibility

To register and use the 1rokok platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• Register for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.

1rokok reserves the right at any time to request proof of age or identity. If the requested proof cannot be provided within the specified timeframe, your account may be suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination without notice. The username, mobile number and email address registered must belong to you personally.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 1rokok at any time. Registering multiple accounts — even using different information — is a violation of this policy. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be terminated and any funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Password and Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 1rokok will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact our customer support.

Deposits and Funds

The 1rokok platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for all payment methods without exception. All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the equivalent value for cryptocurrency payments.

1rokok reserves the right to reject or hold deposits suspected of involving illegal activity, money laundering or fraud. All deposit methods used must be in the name of the registered user — deposits from third parties are prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. The withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes subject to any required verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC). Documents commonly requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

If you have received any bonus, all associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will mean the bonus and related winnings cannot be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

1rokok offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 is given to new users on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

6.2 VIP Programme

Active users are eligible to join the 1rokok VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback of up to 0.8%) and Gold (weekly cashback of up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your continued wagering activity on the platform.

Game Rules

All games offered by 1rokok — including slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and 4D lottery — are subject to their respective rules as displayed on the platform. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear and provable technical error.

In the event of a technical error or system failure during an active game, 1rokok reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wager amount to the user's account. No additional compensation will be provided in such cases.

RTP (Return to Player) varies for each game depending on the respective game provider. General information on RTP and volatility is available in the individual game rules within the platform.

Prohibited User Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool to automate gameplay.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Spreading misleading or false information about this platform.
• Using an account for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during the identity verification process.
• Transferring funds between user accounts through unauthorised methods.

Account Termination

9.1 Voluntary Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any eligible balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all wagering requirements have been met.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

9.3 Termination by 1rokok

1rokok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if any part of these Terms and Conditions has been breached. Decisions to terminate an account on grounds of security or fraud are final.

Limitation of Liability

1rokok, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting outcomes, service interruptions or unauthorised access by third parties resulting from the user's own negligence.

This platform is provided "as is" and 1rokok makes no guarantees regarding the continuous or uninterrupted availability of its services. We do, however, work to maintain a high level of uptime and will notify users of any planned maintenance.

Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is handled in accordance with the 1rokok Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. We take the protection of your personal information seriously and apply industry security standards to safeguard it.

By using this platform, you agree that the information you provide may be used for identity verification, payment processing, customer support and service improvement purposes.

Amendment of Terms

1rokok reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in situations that require immediate action.
